IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR FLU SHOT CLINIC
• Vaccines are for adults aged 18 years and over, and children aged 9-17 years with parent/guardian present for consent
• No allergy to eggs or previous influenza vaccine
• No history of Guillain-Barre syndrome
• No serious illness or fever on day of vaccination
